Head Massage

Massage and acupressure techniques are applied over the clothes, whilst seated, to the upper back, shoulders, neck, head and face. This results in a feeling of well-being and relaxation, loosening of tense, knotted muscles plus improved circulation, and concentration. It is an excellent treatment for headaches, insomnia, neck and shoulder stiffness, tiredness, anxiety and stress.

Body Massage Treatments

Back and neck 30 mins - £20
Full Body - legs, feet, arms, hands,
shoulders, back and neck. 75 mins - £35

Body massage is the ultimate pampering treatment for stress relief, deep relaxation and relief of muscle and emotional
tension. As well as relieving backache, muscle pain and
stiffness, massage will also improve the condition and tone of the skin, boost the immune system, increase the circulation and detoxify the body.
A massage treatment will be tailored to the individual using advanced techniques. A range of organic aromatherapy oils can be used to enhance the experience.
