Christine Fadley will tailor your sessions to your level of fitness and ability. Come for a course of 6 lessons and after that if you are confident you can carry on at home. We provide you with a personalised instruction manual to take home too. Christine is a yoga and pilates teacher at JJB Fitness and Bannatynes Fitness clubs and has been teaching yoga and pilates for 8 years professionally. Alt Medic Holsitic Therapies is licensed by East Staffordshire Borough Council. It is newly refurbished, clean and light. We also offer a wide range of therapies to help with many health issues.
